Q: How do I adjust the pressure switch setting on a Truma/Flo-Jet pump?
First remove the cover cap from the end of the pump to reveal the pressure adjusting screw. A maximum of 1/4 turn clockwise or anti-clockwise from the factory setting is advised. Turning clockwise increases the cut-out pressure, anti-clockwise reduces it. Note that a second screw mounted below the cover cap is set with threadlock and should not be disturbed. The pump may need to be removed (drain the water system first, pull blue taps at right angles to pipe work and lift out) to gain access.
